Your existing files stay safe and accessible. You simply will not be able to upload new files until you free up space with Storage Insights or upgrade to a larger plan. We will never delete your data for exceeding a limit.
Absolutely. The Starter plan includes 15 GB of secure storage at no cost, forever. You can upgrade to Plus or Teams whenever you need more space and advanced features.
Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you downgrade, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
